The listing below includes items damaged in shipment, customer returns, one-of-a-kind items, prototypes or merchandise slightly used in research and development. These items will generally perform as new but may have cosmetic defects, blemishes, dents, or missing parts. You will find that we are offering these items all at greatly reduced prices. These items are sold AS IS AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE. If you see something on this list that you want, you must order quickly! Because many of these one-of-a-kind Scratch & Dent items often sell out quickly.

Condition Codes

To help you judge the condition of each item better, we provide a Condition Code as well as a written problem description. The codes are separated into two letters. The first letter indicates the overall condition of the item, while the second letter grades the amount of damage.

First Letter of Condition Code (condition):

• N - New item, never used.
• S - Slightly used. Item has been assembled or used for a short time. In many cases, it still looks good.
• V - Very used. Item is showing wear.

Second Letter of Condition Code (damage grade):

• A - No damage and no parts missing. In many cases, this is just a discontinued or one-of-a-kind item.
• B - Very slight damage. Scratches, nicks or dents and/or could be missing a few inexpensive parts.
• C - Moderate damage. Gouges, cracks or severe scratches on major parts. Could also be missing several small parts.
