D-Tek Customs,LLC primary shippers are UPS and USPS for domestic shipments and USPS Express or if available DHL Worldwide Express for international shipments. Depending on your location not options may be available.
The shipping options available for domestic shipments are:

For international shipments the following options are available:
You can expect your order to be shipped within 1-5 "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. If stock is on hand and the order is received by 12:00pm PST, it is likely that it will ship the same day however NOT guaranteed. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
IMPORTANT! Shipping and billing address should be the same for an efficient order process with orders placed through this web site. If they are not the same, please use the comment section in the checkout to provide the bank's phone number and alternate shipping address which must be listed with the bank for verification. Please allow and extra day to process the order when bank verification is needed.
Sales tax is only required for orders shipped within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipped within California will be charged the applicable sales tax.
NON-CONTINENTAL (non-U.S.) SHIPPING:
International orders require the following terms and conditions: Payment must be made in advance by prepayment (cashier's check or bank transfer), credit card or Paypal verification. No international COD orders are accepted. If a credit card is used, the billing address for the card must be provided and the product must be shipped to the billing address. International cards will be checked through Loss Prevention as to authenticity and to protect against fraud. We do not ship to Indonesia. All credit cards will be verified to confirm the billing address. If for some reason the card can not be verified after 2 attempts, you will be responsible for offering an alternative payment method. All shipping will be done via DHL International unless otherwise noted. DHL International is already customs cleared (not paid) for extremely efficient delivery to international destinations and usually arrives in 2 days upon shipping. ALL shipping costs to and from your location pertaining to RMA are your responsibility.
