This warranty is on the condition that the product will be used as intended. If items returned show substantial wear, modifications, or improperly used or handled then the items will be returned at customers expense. Any items in retail packaging must be in the original packaging for any returns to be honored. Items found to be defective and covered by warranty will be exchanged for the same item. If that item is no longer available it may be replaced with an item of equal value of the original purchase price or a credit may be given at our store.
Any items returned and found to be in perfect working order will either be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or a 15% restocking fee charged on the refund amount or a store credit issued at our discretion.
Refunds may only be given for unused defective items within 10 days of the original purchase date.
If there is a problem that needs to be addressed, simply contact us to explain the problem and a RMA number will be issued. Ship back the COMPLETE part in question within 10 days.
Warranty is void if product has been tampered with in a way in which it was not designed. Misuse, modification, handling damage (i.e. dropping) will void the warranty. If the product was in retail packaging then the original packaging MUST be returned with the product or the return may not be accepted.
Shipping damage must be reported to D-TEK within 24 hours of receiving the package for any claims.
Shipping costs are not refundable on any returns. Shipping will be paid by D-TEK for the return of the warranted product.
